Fantastic Family Stay!
extensive choice fine views friendly staff
The reception staff greeted us warmly. The buffet offered many choices. I liked the adults-only pool area. The hotel is mostly focused on kids with everything available for them. The animation team interacts well with kids. They clearly enjoy their work. I found the main pool views fine. The gardens were very well maintained. The food options are extensive. I could easily adjust meals to my taste.

family hotel multiple pools massive room
i stayed here for seven nights with my family, including three kids aged 13, 10, and 7. we really enjoyed our stay after some worries. it has multiples pools. the room was a duplex with an upstairs bedroom and ensuite. downstairs a big double bedroom and large sofa bed in the lounge. a buggy helped at check-in. the room was MASSIVE!!!
the mini bar in my room had one big flaw. it was not filled with even water daily. i missed reusable bottles with a refill point. also, another outside bar would have helped greatly.

excellent activities great choices relaxing balcony
i found the activities for children to be perfectly arranged. everything kids need was available. the food offered great choices, and i enjoyed the balcony.
I found the gym equipment to be somewhat limited. It could benefit from additional machines.

helpful buggy service spacious room super king bed
i stayed for five nights. my family included two children. the room had a super king bed and a large sofa bed. it was very spacious. the check in process included a helpful buggy service.
the mini bar was empty. daily water refills were unavailable. another bar outside the adults only area would be beneficial. the bar staff could improve cocktail mixing, as spirits are already available.

fantastic family stay
spacious room comfortable beds diverse options helpful staff
the ricardo room was very spacious i liked the separate bath and shower the room provided plenty of space for luggage the beds were very comfortable. the buffet selection had many options i found several dishes suited to my taste i found the staff to be attentive and helpful in the main dining area. the multiple pools provided options for both relaxation and family fun
the entertainment options could be improved more variety would be a definite plus it would cater to a broader audience. it was a very slight thing but worth pointing out
